SPORT AND CREATIVITY, DARJA JERNEJ S.P., CENTER 101, 2393 ČRNA NA KOROŠKEM (hereinafter: the controller) is aware of the importance of protecting personal data, which is why it has aligned this area with the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).

The main goal of the controller is to provide you with top-notch service and achieve your optimal satisfaction. To this end, the controller uses the collected personal data that you provide to offer better information about the controller's services.

The controller processes your personal data solely based on your consent and only for the purpose or purposes for which you have provided your personal data to the controller, or for purposes that are stated in the privacy statement.

Personal Data

In accordance with the GDPR, personal data means any information related to an identified or identifiable individual.
The controller collects and processes only the personal data that you have provided when registering for a specific service or activity (such as signing up for newsletters or enrolling in courses and other programs offered by the controller). This personal data includes: first and last name, postal code and city, phone number, name of the organization or company, date of birth, gender, health specifics, email address, and IP address. If you provide data on behalf of someone else, you must ensure that they have been previously informed and made aware of this privacy notice. If you are under 16 years old, provide personal data only if you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The controller kindly requests that you inform them of any changes to your contact details in order to maintain the accuracy of your data.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data controller uses and processes personal data based on the applicable Slovenian legislation and European Union law.

The data controller, as the controller of personal data, respects your privacy and is committed to carefully safeguarding all obtained personal data, and will not disclose them to third parties or use them for purposes other than those for which the personal data were provided, without your consent.

The personal data collected from you by the data controller may be transferred to third parties, provided that a legal basis for the transfer exists (your explicit consent or a legal provision).
All your personal data is stored on secure servers of the data controller or on secure servers of the controller's subcontractors or business partners (or in a secure printed form), with access to and use of the data being governed by the controller's security policies and standards.

Although it is not possible to guarantee complete protection against cyber attacks during the transfer of data over the internet or website, the data controller, together with subcontractors and business partners, makes every effort to implement physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements."

PHOTO RELEASE STATEMENT

Photo and Personal Data Consent Statement. By registering for the course or activity, you consent to the photographing of yourself or your child during the programs and activities organized by the company Šport in kreativa, as well as the use of photos and videos in electronic or printed form for promotional purposes on the website, posters, flyers, and social media.

ŠPORT IN KREATIVA is committed to using personal data exclusively for its own purposes and communication with its clients, and to protecting it in accordance with applicable legislation.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The data controller will store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as necessary for any other permitted related purpose (for example, if the data relates to the defense of a claim against the controller). If the data is used for two purposes, the controller will retain it until the purpose with the longer retention period expires, but will no longer use the data for the purpose that has expired.

After the purpose has been fulfilled, the personal data you have provided to the controller will be deleted. YOUR RIGHTS

With a written request sent to the data controller's email address, an individual may request access, supplementation, correction, blocking, or restriction of the processing, or deletion of personal data, object to the processing of data concerning them, and request the transfer of data.

An individual may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, either permanently or temporarily, in full or in part, by sending a written request to the data controller's address, or may manage the consent given on the portal where the consent was provided – sportinkreativa.si. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal.

There are certain exceptions to the exercise of these rights in order to protect the public interest (e.g., preventing or detecting criminal offenses), the interests of the data controller (e.g., ensuring confidentiality), or the rights and freedoms of others. If you exercise any of these rights, the data controller will verify your entitlement and respond without undue delay, but no later than one month. In complex cases or upon receiving a large number of requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months, and you will be notified of this by the data controller.
