Team Building Programs by Šport in Kreativa
At Šport in Kreativa, we are innovative, fun, a little daring, and unique in all our team building activities for groups and companies.
We incorporate and spice up our extensive knowledge of cross-country skiing, skiing, and mountain biking, all while connecting them with local specialties and Koroška cuisine – the experiences are priceless!
We organize team buildings on cross-country skis, with our unforgettable fun-bonding games and a culinary experience here in Koroška.
- Guided MTB tour and a magical, scenic catering in nature, with an unforgettable view of Mount Peca.
- A mountain guide will take you to the most beautiful viewpoints around Črna, we will organize a bunch of fun games for you, and ensure the homeliness of the best tourist farms in Carinthia, Slovenia.
- We have prepared a sporty creative teambuilding for you, featuring an unforgettable cycling experience through the Pece Underground and a guided cycling tour with e-bikes from Črna to Mežica and to the boutique kingdom beneath the majestic Mount Peč. We conclude the experience with the best Carinthian food at a traditional farm in the Črna area.
- Adrenaline team-building with a unique zipline over the most beautiful village in Koroška – Črna na Koroškem, and we finish an unforgettable day with the best catering in nature.
All additional services in our teambuilding programs, such as cycling through the Pece Underground, zipline descents, catering by Delalut or Juvan tourist farm, and other services that we locally include in our teambuilding offerings, are paid directly to the mentioned (our) service providers.

Cross-country skiing
The package includes: 2x overnight stays at the Punkl Youth Hostel, exploring the cross-country skiing trails in Črna na Koroškem with a 3-hour cross-country skiing course (beginner or intermediate), 2x rental of cross-country skiing equipment, organization of a skiing safari, exploring and skiing on the trails of the Breško Lake Ski Arena, and an entrance ticket to the Breško Lake skiing circuit.
Optionally, we can organize for you: On Friday, upon arrival at the destination, dinner at the Gradišnik Tourist Farm in Šentanel, on Saturday culinary indulgence at the Juvan Tourist Farm in Črna na Koroškem, on Sunday lunch at the Panoramic Restaurant Oben na Peci and a cable car ride to Mount Peca.
Program:
DAY 1
Arrival and welcome upon arrival at the Koroška destination - at the Punkl Youth Hostel in Ravne na Koroškem. A brief overview of the program for the Cross-border weekend ski touring safari.
Day 2
A day filled with cross-country skiing. We will head to our top outdoor village at the end of the Mežica Valley – Črna na Koroškem, where we will introduce you to cross-country skiing on one of the most beautiful tracks in Koroška – the Loge track. In the 3-hour beginner cross-country skiing course, we will teach you the basics of skiing – in classical or freestyle-skate technique. We can also organize an intermediate or advanced course for you – everything will be tailored to your desires and interests. After the 3-hour ski session, we will take you through the most beautiful village in Koroška and, for an additional fee, organize a culinary experience in Črna na Koroškem at the Juvan Tourist Farm, with stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Feeling full of impressions, we return in the late afternoon to the Punkl Youth Hostel, where you can relax in the wellness center (pool and saunas).
Day 3
We will drive to the Cross-country skiing Arena at Lake Pirkdorf in Austria, where we will thoroughly explore the running track and take part in a biathlon race.
After the cross-country skiing indulgence, we can organize, for an additional fee, a cable car ride to the Carinthia ski resort Petzen-Peca and try homemade Carinthian specialties at the panoramic restaurant at the top of Peca, called Oben. The view from this restaurant stretches all the way to Slovenia and towards the Karavanke (Golica).
After lunch, the conclusion of the wonderful weekend cross-country skiing safari follows.

MTB Tour
Program:
- DAN
Arrival and Welcome at the Youth Hotel Punkl, Ravne na Koroškem
Day 2
At 9:00 AM, we embark on a hunt for the most beautiful MTB viewpoints in Koroška. The second day will take us from Ravne to the charming hilltop village of Leše, where we will explore the village center and its notable landmarks. From Leše, we will continue along a beautiful and panoramic gravel road to Mežica, where we’ll stop for lunch and enjoy the best of Koroška’s culinary delights at the tourist farm Kajžar. After lunch, we’ll head over the hill into neighboring Austria, where we’ll treat ourselves to a delicious dessert and coffee at Breško Lake. From there, we’ll return to Slovenia, back to Ravne, where you can finish the afternoon at the wellness center (either in the pool or in the saunas).
3. DAN
We will drive by car to Mežica, specifically to the Peca Underground, where we will explore underground landscapes and experience something truly unique on our bikes. Once we return to the surface, we will cycle to Štenge and then to the settlement of Mitnek, a fascinating spot beneath the mighty Peca mountain, before continuing on to Črna. Upon reaching Črna, we will take a scenic bike tour of this beautiful Koroška outdoor village and enjoy a culinary treat with catering from Delalut, served somewhere in nature. In the afternoon, we will return to Mežica, where our weekend MTB and outdoor adventure package will come to an end.

FULL DAY MTB TOUR
Full-day guided tour: 3 – 6 hours
All transport and other services are charged additionally (with the option for a lunch stop, which is not included in the price). The tour can be combined with different individuals, with a maximum of 8 people per guide.
The package includes:
2x overnight stays at the Punkl Youth Hostel, exploring the most beautiful MTB trails, tracks, and panoramic roads in Carinthia, organization of an outdoor adventure in the best MTB destination in Slovenia, and 1x cycling through the Pece Underground.
Additional charges:
- Tourist tax (1.25 EUR per person per day)
- Catering for lunch, dinner, and snacks

Group size:
- Minimum 4 people.
In two days, you will cycle approximately 100 km and gain around 1000-1500 vertical meters.
